Testimonials encourage the site visitors to further explore what benefits the website has in store for them. It builds the trust of the site visitors and prompts a positive response.

If you can, always keep your squeeze page short. It shouldn’t be over the page’s fold. And colours also matter. Believe it or not, colours affect the conversion rate of your squeeze page. Web marketers and web designers believe that the colours should depend on the target market. Generally, dark colours like navy blue and black are used but they are not advisable with other target markets like teens or women.

The squeeze page should also contain a privacy or security statement. It asks for information from the site visitors and it is important that they be informed that the data they provide will be treated securely or privately. A squeeze page can deliver more conversion to a website but it should be optimised properly to achieve this result.
