Free Online Analysis

The internet is home to countless sources of content for your e-newsletter. Whatever topic or industry you are involved with, the internet will always have the information and content you need to work on your website’s e-newsletter.

The information may be in several forms like blogs, articles, faqs, etc. Some of these information can be used for free while others need to be purchased. But the question is will you still look outside your company for your e-newsletter?

Outside Content For E-Newsletter

Is it alright to look outside your company for your e-newsletter content? A common complaint among companies is that they can’t find any content for their e-newsletter. Some of them are running out of information to share with their customers. Because of this, they turn to the World Wide Web to look for information or content for their e-newsletter.

But do you know that you can actually find more original content within your own company? There is certainly no need to look for the content outside your company. E-newsletter has many benefits to a company in terms of internet marketing campaigns. Totally removing it as part of your internet marketing campaign just because of lack of content source is simply pointless.

Within your own company, there could be enough sources of content. E-newsletter requires regular content and it is important that as a marketer, you know where to find regular content to feed your audience. Here are some tips in finding good content that will interest your target audience:

  • Gather up all questions you receive from your customers. Put them all including the answers in the newsletter. This way, you are sure that your e-newsletter will motivate your target audience to read. After all, the questions you have answered came from a number of your target audience. Most likely your general audience has the same questions in mind.

  • Write about anything new with the company – sort of a press release. It could be something about the products and the services or something about the company. It can also be in a form of announcement for upcoming company events or product launch.

  • If you have market research data at hand, you can use it for your e-newsletter. All it needs is a little touch up and editing. Sure it is an internal company information, but there could be some information that you can spill to your audience.

Your company is an abundant source of information and content for your e-newsletter. Sure you can look outside the company for content but put first in your list of content source your own company.

Outsourcing content for e-newsletter can be avoided if you know where and how to look for content within your company. Need more marketing advice? Please see our Web Marketing Resources. For our expert services, please see Web Marketing Services. Contact our Web Marketing Experts for further info.
